The Astro Nova operates on a pay-as-you-go model where users purchase credits to access AI chat, voice call, and avatar consultation services.

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) used at the time of purchase.
